What we do

Republic Golf Co. plans golf trips and books tee times, lodging, and related arrangements on your group's behalf. We are an intermediary. The golf courses, lodging providers, and other businesses that deliver your trip are independent third parties, and their own terms, policies, and house rules apply to you when you use their services.

We do not own or operate any course, property, or vehicle, and we do not control their staff, conditions, or availability.

Inquiries, calls, and packages

An inquiry is not a booking. After you send one, we contact you to learn about the group and then send three proposed packages. A package becomes a booking only when you confirm it in writing and we receive the payment described in it.

Packages describe what is included. Anything not listed in the package is not included. Prices and availability in a package are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Pricing and payment

Package prices include the cost of the tee times and lodging we arrange plus our planning fee, and are stated as a per-person amount based on the group size you give us. If the group size changes, the per-person amount may change.

[Confirm] Payment terms, including any deposit and the date the balance is due, are stated in each package. Bookings are not held until the deposit is received.

Changes and cancellations

Tee times and lodging are subject to the cancellation and change policies of the providers who supply them. We pass those policies through to you and cannot override them. Where a provider allows a change or refund, we will request it on your behalf.

[Confirm] Our planning fee covers the work of building and booking your trip and is not refundable once a booking is confirmed.

If we must cancel a booked element for reasons within our control, we will refund what you paid for that element.

Weather and course conditions

Golf is played outdoors. Weather delays, course closures, cart path restrictions, and maintenance are decided by the course, not by us. Refunds or rain checks for weather follow the course's policy, and we will help you claim them where they apply.

Your group

The person who confirms a package is responsible for sharing these terms with the group and for the group's conduct. You are responsible for damage to any course, property, cart, or equipment caused by a member of your group, and for any charges a provider assesses as a result.

Each member of your group must meet a provider's requirements, such as minimum age for lodging, dress codes, and handicap or pace-of-play rules where a course enforces them.

Limits on our responsibility

We plan and book with care, but we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or conditions of third-party providers, or for injury, loss, delay, or expense arising from their services, from weather, or from events beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a trip is limited to the planning fee you paid us for that trip.

Calls and text messages

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Republic Golf Co. about your trip and our golf packages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. [Confirm] Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you confirm a package applies to that trip. When we make changes, we revise the date above.
